The Law of Kindness


Yesterday I went to my church for Beth Moore simulcast and it was awesome. I don't know if you got a word from the Lord but I sure did as Beth taught us about kindness. I like to share with you what I learn, but most important I want to share what God showed me about the unity of His Church through this event. Beth Moore has so great gifts;I'm so glad I experience the outpouring of her heart today. The live event that was simulcast was held in Chicago but it was held in 596 locations to 30 different Christian denominations. The topic of the day was Proverbs 31;26 the Law of Kindness. But I don't want to write about the eight points about kindness that Beth talked about it... I will in a different blog because it was such good staff, but I want to talk about what God showed me the unity of His church through this event. I am working trough Bible-in-a-year reading schedule and right now I'm in Corinthians, and if you read 1Corinthians 1;10-17 you will see what I talking about it.

I can't believe how many denominations and divisions are in the world. I wondered what God think of all this divisions and denominations?

But today women's from 30 different denominations were united in worshipping our Lord and learning from God's Word about Kindness. We were all united in faith in Jesus as our Saviour, as the appearance of God kindness on earth. Beth Moore mentioned Titus 3:3-8, which shows God as the first and greatest philanthropist because He gave more to the cause of mankind than any other when in Christ Jesus He died of us on the cross. Paul wrote in Titus;

But when the kindness and love of our God and Saviour appeared,he saved us not because of righteous things we had done but because of His mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior so that having been justified by his grace, we might became heirs having the hope of eternal life. This is trustworthy saying. And I want you to stress these things, so those who have trusted in God maybe be careful to devote themselves to doing what is good. These things are excellent and profitable for everyone. Titus3;3-8

This is what unites us! our trust in the redeeming sacrifice of Jesus and our recognition that we can do anything on our own. As Beth Moore said"This is a mean world , this life is a war and we need to stand shoulder to shoulder on the truth the Jesus is the Lord.
Paul continued in Titus to talk again about division.

But avoid foolish controversies and genealogies and arguments and quarrels of the law, because those are unprofitable and useless. Warn a divisive person once, and then warn him a second time.After that have nothing to do with him. You may be sure that such man is wrapped and sinful:he is self-condemned. Titus3;9-11

None of us is capable of keeping the law on our own, but can do it only by the power of the Holy Spirit. As Christians we must stand on the truth that the good work we do is God working through us and the kindness we show is the fruit of the Holy Spirit.Christians may be many denominations and they may have different ideas on how to worship or differ on some minor aspects of the law but as long we all stand united in Christ as our foundation we remain on body of Christ. yesterday I saw that in action as 125,000 women from different denominations from 11 different countries worshipping together in peace and love.

I'm glad I went and all I want from now is to carry to torah of kindenss always!
